Tom and his crew are fantastic. They want to please customers and they work very hard to make sure everything is the way you want it. Tom is very creative and a good listener which is very important in the planning stages of the project. Then, they come through with exactly what you have in mind. Even during the pandemic, we were given an approximate date, and then, we were called to confirm the date and time of the installation. We had two closets and two offices perfectly customized. If we ever need this type of work done, we would use Closets by Design again. We highly recommend them!

I loved working with Tom to design what I needed for my craft/office/sewing room. Together we designed three perfect spaces to meet all my needs. I was also surprised at the options I had. I was even able to create a piece with a counter top, which may be my favorite of the three. The quality is great - very sturdy boards, custom finishes.nnWhile everything turned out well in the end, the installation process was a little rocky. Two of the three pieces were installed in the wrong place, which required patching of baseboards that had been cut, marks on the walls and a small nail hole in the side of the larger cabinet. Seems it would make sense for the designer to be there initially to lay everything out for the installers. By the time I realized what had been done, the two wrong pieces were already installed.
