Mark is a very attentive manager and makes certain every guest is greeted and needs met. Their products are well laid out and healthy. Every staff member is knowledgeable about the items in the store. Many items are unique and ideal for gifting for that hard to buy for person or occasion. They are the only nursery source I consider anymore.

Grimes location is extremely responsive and helpful. I needed a small project done and they made sure it was done quickly and perfectly. Their store selection is great and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

I wore my mask to protect staff and other costumers. EmployeesdEmployees werecwere notcnot wearing masks. They were not cleaning carts, checker didn't use hand sanitizer. Unmasked clerks walked right near me in areas where there was plenty of room. We are experiencing a pandemic... That said, the merchandise was nice and everyone polite. I usually enjoy Earl May...but I expected masks and Covid sanitation.
