Horrible customer service!!!! Had to call my out of state Walmart pharmacy to be explained as to why they denied my refill. It made sense once I understood why Shelly denied it. Hope Shelly Harper learns how to explain herself better.
Everyone here is so helpful and kind. They always take really good care of me.
Such a great pharmacy that all the staff knows you by name.Greg has a great group of people working with him.All of the pharmacist (Greg,Kim and even you Emily)are very knowledgeable and great people.The service at this pharmacy is second to none.On rare occasion my wife or I have a script that they don't have or are low on stock,Greg and his staff will have it the next day or search other stores in metro to fill our needs.Thank You to all the Grimes Walmart Pharmacy staff and keep up your great work.
