Beware of new management... I rented a storage unit here in 2014 for a few months when I first moved back to Iowa. Everything went smoothly and I moved on, even recommended this spot to family when they were moving around. Fast forward to 2020 when I get a collections notice saying I’m overdue on a payment to them. I have never been past due for a bill in my life so I call the office. The new manager, LoSandra, explained that the corporate office in Omaha had been going through old files and cleaning up accounts. I told her I was never past due and had an email from the manager at the time, Mary, confirming my account was squared away when I moved out. I worked with LoSandra to get her the proof and about a week later she said everything was cleared up and corporate was going to remove the claim. Now, two months later, it shows up on my credit report as a ding. So clearly nothing was done. When I call the corporate office, they are conveniently in meetings and will get back to me. I have a newborn at home and this should be the least of my worries right now, but Dino’s is making it such a huge pain from SIX years ago when I was NEVER past due in the first place. Beware of the new corporate practices, I’d recommend finding a new storage place if you’re on the hunt.

Sondra who works in the front is amazing! She is informative and we love to pass by to see the daily motivational quotes and scriptures on the signage! Sondra is amazing!!! She has helped me on several occasions with my moving needs! I enjoy going up there as Her customer service skills are amazing. She is definitely asset to the Highland Park/ oak park community! She is definitely what Dinos needs to continue to thrive!

La Sondra was awesome. Great Christian people. Love the scriptures they put up on their signs. That was my deciding factor plus the great customer service.
