Needed a transmission picked up at Des Moines, IA, paid for in cash and delivered to Ames, IA. They did it and said will collect payment after all done. That is kudos to them, in this day and age, where big companies want all up front and provide poor service. Hope to learn from them and improve what i do daily. God bless them.

Quite possibly the nicest people I've ever done business with. I needed an item picked up at Sears and dropped off same-day at a hotel for my wife who was arriving late on business, and they jumped through a ton of hoops to make it happen.nnIf they understand the value of an on-time delivery for something as small as my need today, I imagine they show nothing but the utmost care for everything they transport.
