I was a first time customer here and I regret that decision. I’m highly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service skills Theresa Agey had. I do not recommend this furniture store. Customers should be treated respectfully and professionally no matter the situation. I value great customer service and did not receive it here. I do not recommend this business based off my experience with the employee and won’t hesitate to share with others.
Casey did a great job assisting me on my order and answering all my questions. The delivery guys were quick and courteous!
I messaged them in the morning regarding needing a dresser. They responded very quickly. Gave me options of what they had in stock. Delivered same day.nLoved this place.
