They are in business to provide instant gratification and without batting an eye; they will excessively call you when you miss a payment My client died at the beginning of this Pandemic so I was 1 month short of a payment. I explained my situation to them but still they called me 3 or 4 times daily. I get that YOU GOTTA have your money! But excessively calling and not giving a person a chance to call back is just plain RUDE. Has it ever occurred to you that we can’t answer the phone even after you called 4 times?nYour lack of empathy during the Covid Crisis says a lot about your company’s character

Say him always been really good to me even when i make the million phone calls to them they're always nice and very helpful

THE WORST. Such predatory lending. Start calling several times a day on the actual due date. I made a one-time payment using the website and a week later they helped themselves to another payment using that information that I did not authorize. This place should be shut down. They harass and use unethical business practices. I actually work in debt collections for a reputable company in the area that finances agricultural equipment and know that what the are doing is illegal.
