I came in as a Sprint customer over 10 years looking to buy a phone from T-mobile since i'm forced to now. My experience in this store was the final proof I needed to switch carriers. Sprint's customer service was better; T-mobile does not provide the same level, especially to Sprint customers. Now I have Verizon.
Staff was amazing and very helpful. Would definitely recommend for any person with any issues to go to this location. They are good listeners, and make sure you leave the store smiling. 10/10
The T-Mobile Rep tried very hard to fix my issue to transfer data from android to iPhone unfortunately I ran out of time to finish as I was on my lunch break! He was patient and nice!
Great Experience!! Great Staff i went in with no information on phones and Kevin was Great help answered all my questions and now i have what i need. If your looking for a new service i recommend Tmobile and this Location ask for Kevin he will treat you right!
