So glad I chose this store to buy my first guitar. I felt very nervous going in as I knew nothing about guitars but left feeling very happy and excited to learn. The staff are so friendly and went out of their way showing and explaining to me the difference between every guitar. This will be the only store I go-to for all my musical needs. Awesome place and awesome people.

Wow I was amazed by how kind and knowledgeable and nonjudgmental the staff was, I felt at home and at ease asking questions and Dave the percussion expert there helped my 14 year old son with the best options for purchasing drum heads! Also he took a special interest in what type of drummer my son was and wanted to figure out what would work best for his drum style and he made my son feel like he mattered and it was really nice as a mother to see someone be so kind to my son and really listen! It’s hard to make a 14 year old boy happy and Dave knew how to deal with him and treated him like he would anyone else so very happy and impressed with his compassion and thoughtfulness!! The experience here was beyond impressive and I highly recommend this amazing place to purchase and to get informed by the best experts wow great customer service they Actually care about their customers and their needs!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in today to get my 5th grader a trumpet. The man that helped us was great at explaining our options. He knew what book my son needed just by knowing the district we are in. We were able to get everything we need quickly and at a great price!

I strongly recommend Uptempo for all of your musical needs! They even sell record players. Pretty cool staff too. Love chatting with Dave and hearing is perspective. Great guy and amazingly ran business! 10 stars
