Jose was very helpful when I was switching over to sprint from T-Mobile. Great customer service, and he was able to get me on the cheapest plan from analyzing how many gigs I usually use per month. I would definitely recommend him!
The service was great they were really helpful in getting me the best product. I was so happy because I didn't think I would be able to leave with such a great phone. Andrew set the whole thing up for me so I didn't have to do anything but use my phone and ear buds. I like Sprint's apps and customer service also. I've had quite a few phone plans and this is the best for me so far. I've since been back to the store since for help and they are always friendly and helpful.
the Sprint store was awesome they got everything done in an efficient manner though I ended up canceling my order cost is a little too high
Boo, boo, boo!!! Do not waste your time 18 minutes for absolutely nothing!! Making a payment here involves waiting, waiting & waiting
