Employees are always friendly and professional. I usually shop at Merle Hay Mall store and then Clive store. Sometimes Merle hay store doesn't have item but Clive store does.nMy only issue for lack of any other words is that the stores are not cool in summer . If you want people to shop vary the temp accordingly. That would be nice! I would take more time to shop if more comfortable temps.nnThank you for working through this pandemic. Take advantage of the many deals and promos. You can stack up to 4 promos/coupons at a time. Have great employees who are always willing to go above and beyond

Every staff member that I ran into was extremely helpful, and friendly. Masks are required here but the atmosphere isn't as dull on the current Covid situation as other places. The only negative, is all entrances besides the North main entrance are closed.

Love Kohl’s one of my favorite stores to shop at the staff is very friendly and I love the diversity throughout the store

A good place to find the right clothes in your size . Only if you wear 4xl or bigger like you find at some sport stores then you have no choice but to go somewhere else. Also if you wear petite clothes Kohl's has the best choices
