Completely unprofessional customer service and driver. Not only did the driver become instantly hostile when my manager of color came out to accept delivery, but he refused to serve him and drove off. I called customer service and they promised to make it right. Once they finally dropped off the freight, they tried to invoice me an additional $150 because they had to redeliver the shipment. They are refusing to waive this charge. I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere.
They pay NO attention to our company's schedule. They show up whenever they want. Very poor service!
