O'Reilly Auto Parts

--Never, ever get quick service at this store. Every time I go there, there are at least half a dozen to eight employees milling around (more than I see at any other auto-parts store). Yet even when I'm literally the only customer in the store, I have to stand in front of the register for up to two or three minutes before someone finally acknowledges or waits on me.nnThere are usually two or three people just sitting and staring at monitors. One or two people are randomly walking around. One or two are on the phone talking to people. They walk right by you, look right at you, and totally ignore you. It's unbelievable. They've missed out on several purchases from me, simply for pretending like I'm not there. I wrote to corporate about this store, and heard nothing at all back from them. I will NEVER go back to this store.nnI've never had an experience like this with any other auto-parts store, with that many people totally ignoring you, even when you're the only customer in the store. With half the employees or less, Auto-Zone and Advance Auto have gotten a lot of my business as a result of these tools at O-Reilly. I welcome the owner of this store to contact me or write back. They could probably eliminate half the people who work there. If they're going to have that many people on the clock, and you're the only customer in the store, you should be able to get quick service. These people are wasting O-Reilly money, pretending like they're doing work.nnNote: This review about the O'Reilly's on E14th comes after at least a half dozen visits in the past year, so it's too often to be a random coincidence.nnEdit: --Went to the website listed below by the owner. They have a phone number and a snail-mail address. There's no email you can use to contact them. Also, I tried using the chat feature, and there was no response to my input. I'll always choose Oriellys when possible and within reason. I find their prices to be a little bit better than AutoZone for most things. My opinions are based on a single location so your milage may vary but the guy I end up working with to order parts most of the times I've been there gives of the impression that it's his first day, everyday. I have worked with others that are definitely more knowledgeable, but because I seem to get this guy I can't really give a better rating.
