So far they were really good. Had to get a quick laptop, for various reasons, and the process was rather quick. Got.in and out and home in no time. Employees seemed quite nice.

Unprofessional wouldn't recommend this place
The district manger will love my experience...n>nnAfter the store manager Travis gave us the good ol bate and switch and gladly throwing his assistant under the bus for their poor communication. He accused me of cutting him off when correcting him. Then hung up on me. What happened to this store? Get it together Rent-A-Center!nnMy happiness is not your top priority!
Monday we had a storm we didn’t have power for 5days rent a center didn’t care that our power was out they called still asking for a payment I stated my food was bad we had fallen trees and they still didn’t care saying we have mortgage to pay they didn’t ask how our family was they did not care that we did not have food in the house they did not care about our well-being did not ask was anything was OK with our home they just called and said are you making a payment and is very hurtful that they are very careless about peoples lives and the weather and the storm and people are still traumatized people are still without power as of right now and they still are trying to take money out my account when I told them I have to pay for food in my house so I am very upset with rent a center
