Wonderful multi- grain bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese. YUM. YUM.

Great food, order is always right. Only deducted a star because they're pretty slow in the morning when you're in a rush.

Staff helped us, no added chating. But they were not rude either. Ordered and we both used the bathroom. My feet stuck to the floor, I was in there a minute or two just to do business and the lights shut off on me. I had to feel for the switch the motion didn't work. I noticed signs that should be on the counter, had fallen to the floor. The coffee display was a mess. I had to stop myself from fixing it. It seems they spray cleaners but do not wipe after. Residue was in the bathroom and out in the common area. We ordered two coffees and two donuts, only people in there and I was given the wrong donut. The drinks were good. I just didn't feel clean.

Super slow service. Did mobile pick up in drive through. My iced coffee was hot coffee. A sausage croissant sandwich came as Texas toast with bacon. When I said my drink was wrong at the window, I was met with a wide eyed stare and no action, no apology, just what do you want?nnI love Dunkin and have never had a problem with the Merle Hay or 8th Street location. Today's service was not representative as Dunkin as a whole, but will be a reason I never use that location again.
