Exceptional:nThey do accept walk ins, I have a preferred therapist and always make appointments, The facility is always spotless and the therapists are always polite, Some therapists may have slight difficulty with communications but with the help of translate communications are always possible.
Would give it half a star if I could have. There's a terrible communication barrier, and discrepancies in cost and advertisment. No privacy left door open my ass right there. Stinks of onions or something. Will never recommend not return. Payed $60 for hour plus $3 for not using cash, and $10 was minimal she say for tip. Never mentioned that total was $73 but ran card for it. So not relaxing.
Would give 0 stars of possible. They don't take debit cards and didn't say so when I called to schedule appointment. They hadn't posted it anywhere either. They even had card reader that said visa MasterCard ect... Once there I had to go get cash. She had said $50 on phone for 1hr massage and when I returned with cash only it was the other lady this time and she stated its $65 for hour. I politely declined the offer of getting the massage canceled both mine and my mother's massage and we left.
This place is under new management and has excellent service. Very skillful deep tissue massage and friendly, curtious staff that is professonally trained. I highly recommend.
