They were very professional and helpful as we determined how we would move our possessions 1400 miles, from Iowa to Florida. No hidden fees, all costs explained up front, very affordable compared to other companies. We packed most of the trailer by ourselves, used a local company for heavier objects, then had UPack set up unloading at new location. Wish we had considered their services for the packing as the other company did a very poor job of protecting our possessions. UPack was very responsive to our inquiries during the transportation. We would definitely use them again.
We just made a long-distance move - almost 1000 miles - and this was our first time using U-Pack (after using PODS for the last long-distance move). Our experience was great, I have nothing negative to say. Easy to get in touch with an actual human, great customer service, responsive, and timely service. They kept in touch the whole way as our things were moved across the country, and the service was way easier and cheaper than PODS. We were able to use the ABF trailer and pay by the foot, which took the stress out of having to guess how much space we needed for our things. Would definitely use U-Pack again.
This is the second time we've used U-Pack in the last five years. In both cases, the experience was trouble free. Every encounter, whether on the phone or in person, was pleasant and professional. We will absolutely use them again!
Good Experience., smooth moving but you need load trailer having furniture wrapped with blanket.
Cheaper than pods, cheaper than uhaul, better shipping container. good customer support. both local carriers on each end were also good. Moved from Iowa to Texas. 1br apartment less than $2k.
