I have used Ankeny Towing twice and each time has been a good experience, other than my car needing towed. Today I needed them again and the driver was very nice. I was pretty close to home and decided I would just walk home. After taking the car to the repair shop I realized I forgot to give him the keys and would need to drop them off the next day. As I was walking down the street the driver showed up apologizing about not asking if I needed a ride which I assured him that it was OK and it was a nice night for a walk but accepted the ride and thanked him. After dropping me off at home he said he would would drop my keys off at the shop for me. Awesome service for me not having to drop them off after forgetting to give him the keys.nThanks again Patrick.
These guys are awesome! Seems I’m always getting stuck, a flat, or getting ran off the road and getting stuck and a flat! Glad I can laugh about it in hindsight!! Very responsive, determined, safety conscious, and personable, and BRAVE enough to stand guard while pulling you out and cars whizzing by. Thanks guys!! ud83dude4f
Needed a late night tow and he said he would be there within the hour and I think I waited about 30 minutes or so. Way faster than what I expected! Very reasonable and got me taken care of fast and professional. Highly recommended, although I hope I don't have to use them anytime again soon!
