I didn't even know this store was here in Ankeny. I had wonderful customer service from the owner. He told me he has been in business for 10 years. He didn't pressure me into buying anything. He were so helpful. He even taught my son how to help save our furniture longer by showing him what to do and not do. I highly recommend this store. Local owned and operated. They even delivered the same day!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The other reviews sound great, but we recently bought 2 recliner chairs, & one already has the form seat moving around causing back problems!!!nNot sure if the other will change in the near future!nnThe receipt may have read NO RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES, FURNITURE AS IS, which we didn't see until we got home, as the business people kept TALKING TO US, so you might not notice, but we took a chance.nProbably we're to self blame, but WHAT BUSINESS, says that about brand NEW furniture. If I were you, in the future I saynnDON'T BUY FROM A BUSINESS, THAT DOESN'T BACK IT UP!!!!!!

Have purchased furniture multiple times at this store. Good quality furniture and mattresses just not always what you need when you need it. Great if you preplan your purchase!
