Kohl's

Kohls is always busy during the holiday season with long lines and at the checkout. I had a coupon and the cashier scanned it, i made my payment, and was about to grab my items and leave when she said that she did nit think the coupon worked. She took the time to call over the manager and immediately refund me the difference without hesitation. I would not have noticed and walked out of the store. To me that was an example of great customer service. I have never had a bad experience here.

Friendly, helpful. Though prices are expectedly high on most items. I still got a good deal.

I am a clearance rack junkie! I have found some wonderful new clothes that no one can see me in! Lol
