Great American Cookies

Absolutely terrible service and was refused purchasing 4 items based on they “may” run out of cookies and my business then wasn’t important enough. You try to support local businesses and they don’t want your business. Save your time, go somewhere else and support other businesses.

I went to pay and my cookies rang up for more than what the menu said. I asked about it and the girl would not fix it. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I got a red velvet brownie from here,. The taste of the brownie was good, but it was a bit dry and there was too much frosting on it, making it a bit less tasty than expected.nnMy wife got ice cream from the marble slab creamery that is part of this same store. She said it tasted okay, but the store's gimmick, the marble slab, wasn't apparently quite as cold as it should have been, so the ice cream was very melty when she got it. To top it off, the person getting the ice cream didn't use gloves, which was unsanitary as their hands were very close to the ice cream as they scooped it.nnOverall, this was okay but not really worth the somewhat expensive cost.

The atmosphere to the place is great. The ice cream is always amazing and they are good at what they do. They are good about letting you taste anything you are curious about and for how good the food is the price isn't bad.

Was very disappointed in the cake I ordered for my Granddaughter's Birthday. The strawberries on top were freezer burned and the whole cake tasted and looked like it had been I the freezer for awhile. I was not the one who picked it up or I would have refused it.
