Panera Bread

Walked into Panera, waited at the counter for service, minutes later an employee appeared and said sorry “drive through only” we don’t have enough employees. The sad part is this is the third time I’ve experienced this. Close the doors and turn off the lights if you do not want customers. With other coffee shops nearby, I will not be back.

Terrible customer service. We waited over a half hour past our curbside - called twice to try and check in and see where our food was - no one picked up. Went inside and was told there was no way they could contact us and then said i didn’t even call since they didn’t “hear the phone”. Food is still good but i had to go inside to pick up my curbside order.

I found plastic in my soup. When I called to speak to a manager, I was put through to Jeff. When I began to explain what happened, he interrupted me. I was told to calm down (I was calm) and explain what kind of plastic it was. At that point, I wasn't very happy. Does it matter what kind of plastic it is? I bought broccoli cheddar; the description doesn't mention anything about plastic. They also forgot two things of our small(ish) order - my kid's yogurt and the bacon on my kid's mac and cheese. That is nothing compared to the poor customer service. I was completely shocked that someone who is that terrible at dealing with people would be a general manager. He didn't apologize. He talked down to me. He asked me to prove it. Well, here's the proof, Jeff. Notice the plastic doesn't have any soup on it; that's because I chewed it up and almost swallowed it.

Quick fast and professional, bathrooms can be a bit cleaner for a higher quality score. Really do think that rapid pick us is a great change to a fast casual dining experience.

Customer service is lacking at both locations. North location order accuracy is a Zero. Not one order was correct while I was in the store. The tea was rancid. The fountain drinks were watery. And it took 15 minutes to get 2 hot chocolate, 3 muffies, and an iced coffee. One order I heard tell them there was 3 items missing on a 4 item order to go. Not worth time or money.
