We had a great experience with David tonight. It was nice to be greeted by Eric as soon as we walked in. Friendly staff and fast service. Another employee Sebastian was working with a very difficult and rude customer and handled himself very well. Very patient. This is my second great experience at this location.
David is an awesome dude. He helped my boyfriend get a phone and a new number, while assisting other customers. Give David a raise. We love him.
These guys are awesome! Super friendly, helpful and quick service. David helped me out from the git go and did a superb job. So nice and knew what he was exactly doing!! Shout out to Salvador and Eric too! Thanks guys!!
It was nice and the guy was friendly and really knew the information he was presenting. However, he was a fast talker and kept promoting things I wasn't interested in. And when he realized I wasn't he definitely cut the conversation short and ended it. I wasn't very happy about that, but the prices were great and he was very knowledgeable.
Went to this store on Black Friday to buy two phones. I was getting all set to do it and then the manager, Eric, told me he wouldn’t sell me a phone, if I wouldn’t buy accessories from him. I told him that Best Buy, Target, and Walmart all had deals going on so I would be looking there. He told me that he has an accessory quota to meet so that he wouldn’t sell me his in stock phones. I told him I would just go elsewhere and it didn’t seem to bother him. Went to Ankeny and bought two phones with no issues. I have filed a complaint with Sprint corporate. I hope Eric is happy.
