Dino's Storage

The owner or boss (not sure of her name), who is an elderly lady with white hair to her shoulders was very rude and unprofessional. She complained that i had been “speeding” through the lot and that i was to go 10-15 miles though, there were no speeding signs posted, no speed bumps, and no speed limit signs as well. She tried to confront me at my car with a series of questions and she was already being very aggressive with her tone and choice of words. When she didn’t like that i pointed out that there are no signs of any kind and that how would i know what the limits are if they are not posted, she immediately said that i was “banned” and “restricted” from coming here and that I am “not allowed” to be here. She even threatened to call the police on me if she ever saw me again. This behavior is extremely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would give ZERO stars if i could. I DO NOT recommend coming here. I personally feel as though i was racially targeted due to the fact of how I was approached. Please take your business and your money somewhere else that is more professional and caring. The only thing that made my experience bearable was when another worker who was there came to speak to me in a very professional manner and was very respectful. I wish i remembered her name! **Edit i believe the lady’s name is Lori. Someone please give her training.

I had heard some horror stories, but was in need of storage so I gave Dino's a shot. I was helped by an Areonna. She was amazing to work with. Definitely seems to be a step up from previous management after reading some reviews.

What's not to like? The customer service is outstanding plus the store is always clean and welcoming. If you need anything moved or storage that's the place to be! Thanks again Areonna!
