We bought an assortment of cabinets from Avid And they are beautiful. We chose to install ourselves and are in awe of the quality and ease of installation. They look amazing and the Team at Avid made our buying experience very enjoyable. No high pressure sales tactics, they just wanted to help ensure we got what we needed and have even followed up with us since to make sure we are satisfied. We will be back for any future remodeling we do!

i ordered cabinets from Avid Kitchen and am very happy with the quality and price of the cabinets. Karen was very helpful in helping me with the layout and design of the kitchen. Their price was much more reasonable than others i contacted. i would be happy to use them again

We attended Avid Kitchen & Bath's Kitchen Remodel Workshop after signing up at the Home & Garden Show. We're not planning to remodel right away, but wanted to get more info. We expected a hard sell, but that wasn't the case at all. Their entire team was very friendly and helpful, plus we got a takeaway packet of information. They limit participants so you'll have time to browse their showroom, ask questions & talk to their people. They presented briefly on their services, had one of their preferred contractors speak, as well as a rep from their sister company, Quality Marble & Tile. All of their cabinets and inserts are high quality solid hardwood, with prices that didn't appear to be too much more than big box stores. They offer free design services, seem very transparent, and encourage you to work with Habitat for Humanity to recycle your old cabinets. Overall very impressed!

I ordered cabinets through Avid and in the beginning everything went very smoothly. My cabinets came in and Karen suggested that her son (Aaron Kolbe) was experienced at cabinet installation and does many jobs for her. I hired him and he assured me the job would take 1-2 days to complete. It was a fight to get Aaron to even show up half the time and when he did, he spent most of the time out in his car smoking and playing on his phone. The job ended up taking more than 30 days!! He clearly did not know what he was doing. He also installed crowne moulding and completely ruined my BRAND NEW upper cabinets. I could have done a better job myself. I made him remove the crowne moulding and he left the nails sticking out of the top cabinets. I told him to order more crowne ( on his dime) and I would find someone else to install it. I haven't heard from him since. I also called Avid and discussed all this with Karen and Barb and Karen just said he was overwhelmed with other jobs.. Clearly they did not care.. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. DO NOT USE THEM! Out of all the contractors I used while building my house, this company ruined the whole building experience for me. I WOULDN'T HIRE AARON KOLBE TO HANG A SHELF! He's a joke!!! Oh and by the way, you can deliver that crowne moulding you promised me anytime Aaron!!!
