Very reasonable prices, excellent customer service. Salesman, Jim Thomas, was a great help! He was extremely patient and answered all questions I had despite being busy with multiple other customers. Very satisfied with my mattress purchase.
Customer service rep Mike was very friendly and knowldgable without being pushy. I hate shopping for mattresses but our 10 year old pillow top needed replacing a couple year ago. Friends of ours recommended Midwest Mattress after their purchase experience. We were considering a select comfort or something similar. Our friends had issues with their adjustable bed and they were replacing with purchase from Midwest Mattress. Delivery and setup went very smoothly. Notification received 20minutes before they arrive. The took about 10 minutes to setup and the old mattress is gone. Very pleased.

I visited the Southridge Mall Midwest Mattress store in Des Moines today. What a great experience! Amy met me at the door and asked what type of mattress I was looking for. She then suggested several options that might work for me, two of which were on sale! She gave me good ideas and options and I ended up buying a really nice mattress and pillow. I liked this store because it had a great selection of mattresses but was not so overwhelming that it took me forever to decide, like my past experiences at some of the larger furniture stores in the area. Highly recommend this store!!
