As usual, the service at Home Depot was far beyond exceptional. I needed help locating a Ryobi pole saw plus the battery and charger to match. Paul Bush took the time to find a Ryobi pole saw that already had a battery and charger included, which saved me a substantial amount of money. I am sincerely grateful for the help and expertise of the people at Home Depot. A huge thank you!!

I opened an account and called to pay it off in January. Did not charge so when I received bill did not open it. I opened a letter I received and called them. To bad I was charged over $ 100 for late fee and paid it and closed the account. I will never shop there again. Be careful they are crooks!!

My experience was over the phone with a home/garden associate. She new exactly what I needed and the size of bag, with the purchase price right then and there. Very impressed with her level of knowledge. Her name was Linda if I recall right.
