Had a scheduled uhaul pickup at 9am - arrive and there is no one to be found. Building is closed, no worker in sight. Waited for an hour and still nothing. This delayed my tight moving schedule significantly.nnTerrible service. Get to work and open your store on time!!
Very dirty unit, was offered a different that was even dirtier and had old pallettes in it. We opted to go somewhere else. Avoid!
Took over an hour to check in with the employee not knowing how to do anything. Messed up my reservation to where instead of leaving the trailer in one state I had to drive all the way to the first state to return it. Customer service said I had no choice. My first experience as a civilian was not a good one nor will I use Uhaul equipment again.
