We've been in business for years. Today was an example of why we don't bother calling this wash 99% of the time. Sent SDS for approval. Got the approval. Get an email a day later telling us they won't wash the product. It's the same story EVERY time we've tried to use them over the years, regardless of how basic the product is. As I told them, they should just list what they DO wash, and spare customers the song and dance.
