I had cracked my S10+ and after a couple phone calls throughout the area, CPR was the only one willing to overnight the screen/parts they needed to fix my phone. The price was pretty comparable to other places, and the individual fixing my phone was super laid back and professional. He was able to fix the phone pretty quickly, in a couple hours time. Other issues arose during the fixing process, however he was super cool about taking the extra time to figure out what the issue was. I would definitely recommend this place!
I was in town for a business trip and needed my shattered iPhone 8 Plus screen repaired. I called first and was told the parts were in stock and I could head over anytime. I was greeted by the manager, Zack (?), and he had a friendly, positive and professional attitude. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable estimate for pickup. My phone is working perfectly and I don’t have to pick up shards of glass off my desk area anymore.
I have a 5th gen. iPad and the screen was pretty much shattered it kept miss clicking or clicking on things all by its self. So I brought it in and for a fair price he replaced it. It took a little longer that expected but It’s the start of the school year and I understand he’s busy. He answered all my calls and helped me out with all my questions. He’s also a really friendly guy.
Recommended by a co-worker. Found them to be very helpful in explaining options available. Turnaround time was top-notch. The tablet works as good as new. Fair pricing. Would recommend.
The guy attending me was funny, professional, and super nice. Went in to get my phone screen repaired and now I can finally see what I’m typing lol. We had a good conversation about food and birthdays and he finished sooner than expected! I hope I don’t break my phone again, but if I do, I know where to go lmao
