From the start juan was very welcoming.We had a lot of questions, he was both knowledgeable and patent with us. U-haul is running a great deal,with us being able to rent a moving truck and get a locker within our budget. Juan made it very easy for us.We also love that the unit is inside. Moving can be stressful but not with U-haul. Thank U-haul and thank you Juan!
Quick, was offered several options, and even was suggested the most economical for my move. They were looking out for me, the move went without issues.
Brought a load of generators up to family from kansas after the inland hurricane, was not allowed to drop off trailer here without charging me $160! Made me drag it all the way back to kansas.
The manager Chris has excellent customer service and business skills. Went out of his way to maintain the agreed upon price.
