It was good. They have the best chicken ever. And serving white gravy just puts the topping on it. Delicious. Good service, nice people.
Nice and clean people were good but I ordered extra pecans in my blizzard in definitely did not get them. The girl making the ice cream was a little rude
It is August 23rd, still in the middle of a pandemic, and the workers still are not wearing masks. It took around 10-15 minutes to complete our order, but this was because they were set on the counter before we were served them for around 5-7 minutes. The host had to ask the person in the back what each order was, and at that point, they couldn't tell them what the order was.nUnfortunately, as much as I love Pella, this was quite disappointing.
Very slow always seems to take forever but decent food
Wow! is all I can say!! Thanks to Brenda for getting us the rest of our order when we drove off without all of it. She saw us drive over to Casey's and she called them to have us come back! Thanks for the above and beyond service! Love, love, love it!!!
