Ordering of our new recliners was a good process; however, picking them up from the store was a different story. They were sitting in a dirty warehouse completely without any cover on them. A young salesman helped us look them over. We had to help him carry them out to our truck. When I asked if they had any plastic to cover them with due to the rain outside, the answer was no. I asked about cardboard and was told “it was dirty” so we had nothing to cover them with. We’re happy that our truck had a topper on it because we drove 4-5 hours from Omaha to pick them up. The end process from your store definitely needs some attention.

The salesperson was friendly and helpful. Merchandise was ordered quickly. However, it took nearly 15 weeks to get what was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. No explanation of the delay. I just had to keep calling to see if there was any progress. I felt like they didn't care. Delivery people were very pleasant and efficient, however.

I thought lazboy was going to be so overpriced but I was wrong. I worked with Alec and I can honestly say he is the nicest sales person I've ever dealt with. Takes his time and explains things in great detail. Explained their jaws and paws protection he called it to make sure we knew our pieces were covered if our pets did something to them. He talked to us about possibly having a designer come out and give us a free room makeover to get some ideas on how to style our place and what it would look like in our home. Told us that even if he wasn't here that his staff would take care of us and highly recommended that we work with his team anyways just to get a new prospective and get some new ideas that maybe he hadn't thought to show us. I am very excited to work with these guys when we get closer to a date when our house is done being built. Its clear that this store is run well andneveryone here enjoys working with one another and it shows because they seemed to constantly be laughing and making jokes and just all around being energetic people. Most relaxed sales interaction I've ever had in my life.

Appreciated the opportunity to look over the inventory without a sales person hovering around us unless we wanted info about a particular item. Liked the wide variety of items to try out and to see the options of color and fabric to choose from. The pricing and warranty options were thoroughly explained.

My experience was all positive at La-Z-Boy in Cedar Rapids. The staff are excellent to work with. They gave me great ideas and were so helpful. Im very excited about the new furniture that will be coming.
