Walmart Pharmacy

Fantastic staff, frustrating hours. We picked this pharmacy over a decade ago due to a 24-hr open pharmacy, and 4 small kids means trips to the ER, sometimes in the middle of the night. The pharmacy cut their hours at some point and I couldn't really believe it, because the drive thru is always busy. They close at 8pm now. Some urgent cares are open later than that, so the hours just really suck. Staff on the other hand, is just great!

I’m done with this place. My father has been on the same meds forever. This is at least the third time I received a text reminding me it was time to fill. I said yes to filling 3 meds and received a notification on Saturday that they were filled. I come on Wednesday to pick up and they have only one filled and their system doesn’t even show the other two meds being requested to fill. Then they tell me if you don’t pick up within 9 days, it goes back. Well, I’m pretty sure Sat-Weds is five days. And they have no record of their own systems request to fill. This has happened more than once, and I’ve stuck with them because he’s on enough meds that it’s a pain to switch. But I’m done with their incompetence.

Our veternanarian called in our dogs prescription last Friday. We went in to pick it up Saturday and it wasn’t ready. They said they were out of stock. We asked them to please call us and let us know when it is ready to pick up to save us a trip. 5 days later no word from Walmart so my husband went in and asked about it. The older lady said oh the pills are in stock but it’s not filled so you’ll have to wait.

I like Walmart pharmacy. I've been getting my meds here for a bit over 2yrs now. I don't know why everyone has alotta negative reviews. Maybe it's because I use to work at Walmart and I know everyone there. Ive never had an issue and the customer service is great. Highly recommended.

Stopped in 6 hours after a prescription was sent over still not filled.... the pharmacist that runs that sh#t show should be fired not the first time they've messed up but it is the last..
