I ride side by side with these guys all the time. There a top knotch group. Very classy and perfection is what they strive for.. A 5 star company
One of their driver wrecked my truck and they tried to talk me into getting an estimate so they can just pay off the cost rather than reporting the incident to their insurance company because it might not be a “big claim” but after the estimate came back from Freightliner they were not willing to pay the cost and asked me to take the truck to a shop of their own choice. The owner of the company Jeff Hausmann called me demanding the truck to be taken to another shop of their choice for a second estimation but no insurance requires a second estimation as long as you get your estimation from professionals which is what I did in this case. The owner was very unprofessional and very racist towards me and his racist slurs included “this is my country if you’re not happy with the way we do business either go back to your country or take the truck to a shop of our choice for a second estimation and if you’re gonna keep crying about it go cry it to Lutheran social services” So at this point i figured I should let my insurance handle the situation.
