The mailman spit 2 times on our driveway while bringing mail to the door. And I have toddlers playing there . Not cool.
My package was to be delivered one day then all of a sudden its to be delivered the next day. No hours of operation at all on web site. Very frustrating
Apparently they only hire people who can't read or pick up the phone. I dont know how many times they've left packages at my door after specifically telling them not to.
Don’t even deserve one star. Worst shipping ever. Fed ex employees can’t read
Worst package delivery in the city. Do not use. Especially if you live in a secure apartment complex. They won't hold anyone accountable, don't fix any problems, just ignore you and pass you off to foreign customer service reps who do nothing.
