Apparently FedEx drivers don't know how to use GPS. Maybe a year ago we were expecting a package the showed delivered but was not anywhere to be found. Days later it showed up in our mailbox which FedEx would NOT have permission to use. Now today a package was listed as undeliverable no such address. This shipment was originally supposed to arrive Thurs then Fri and then today (Saturday) but was undeliverable. 800 number was completely useless! Wish I could choose carrier for all delivery items. USPS, UPS and Amazon don't have this problem finding our house. I even added a note identifying our house/location, it didn't matter. Would give zero stars if I could.

Was set for delivery on a Friday. No attempt to delivery. Won’t deliver till Monday. Won’t even let me come pick it up. Poor customer support from the 1-800 number you get. Worthless to get any answers.

Ordered from Amazon. Wasn't told there was an attempt to deliver the package until an hour after the drivers location was closed for the weekend. Left with a door tag and then told I would need to wait until the following Tuesday to get my package delivered... I'll be at work during their delivery hours

I watched the fedex truck drive down my street and deliver a package across the street from me on the day I was scheduled for a delivery. The next day my package was scheduled again for delivery. I waited past the est. time of delivery... nothing! Two and a half hours later I get the confirmation call that my package had been delivered. I immediately went outside to look for it... nothing! The package weighed 90 lbs so I know I didn't miss seeing it... plus it had snowed the night before and there were no tracks in the snow. Now I am required to get a police report number for the vendor to go through the process of filing a claim with fedex and waiting once again for fedex to deliver a replacement item. I should hope the package gets here!
