I think I ran into my cousin the other week, but it's 2020 and we had masks on and I didn't want to embarrass myself calling out to someone I thought was my cousin but then turns out is not. You know? It was delicious bagel.
Lazy and rude employees. I came in to order two breakfast sandwiches about 40 before they closed and when I asked the manager if they had anymore bagels (besides the very few and limited ones that were in the front), she was very rude and responded with “Well no we don’t have anymore, you know we close in 30 minutes so this is all we’ve got.” Okay perfect thank you lady I will happily take my money somewhere else! 30 minutes before close is still on the clock last time I checked. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Brueggers has the absolute best bagels I've ever had
VERY Dirty & the Customer service is nonexistent, they’re extremely rude and annoyed by the customers. I highly recommend looking elsewhere before going here.
