I was basically insulted by this cafe manager. What happened was shocked me. I went to get my cafe late, after my name was called I was sitting six feet apart studying. There was no other person there. So approached counter there was ice cafe sitting there, I had order cafe late hot but, I was not gonna make big fuss just mentioned this was iced I ordered hot late, the employee seems nice enough said he can make a new one, I just said it alright it doesn't really matter. So I went to get sugar and napkin, suddenly, the cafe manger approached me rushed manners and was accusing me taking some ones order in manner of shouting, and, went inside. I feel like I was accused of stealing, while I was paying customer, being very polite. I was super angry didn't know what to do, just return back to counter ask my hot late and, left the ice cafe next to trash back to my chair.
This Panera Bread has some really great workers, they assist you with whatever you didn't get as you ordered. Also they seem to have some good leafy greens because Panera Bread at other cities in Iowa I've been too haven't always been as fresh. Except Waterloo, Iowa.
