Recently I went in And made a purchase of a living room set. I took a big chance in buying one that was used but the price was grate. It was sitting in the show room so I fiqiured it most for sure be clean sanitize before it was sold right especially with call the COVID 19. I got it delivered this Saturday 10/10/20. I was very excited the truck came in about 3:30. They probably got done by 4 I asked them not to arranged the furniture since I wanted to do it. When they left I went to start to moved things arounds to my surprise when I pulled the cushions off the big couch it was full of dog hair. From one end to the othe then under the cushion was the same. It was desgusting. There was no way this was as cleaned before it was sold. I got on the phone right away there was no answer I called the next day they were close. I had to spend all Sunday cleaning them and sanitizing them myself. I regret my perchase I have a 7 and she was going to be home late Sunday night so this had to be cleaned. On Monday I called to complain and got a manager. All I got was a sorry They well tell there employees to clean the furniture better. And a half off my next payment a 45 dollar value. My thing is why are you saleing someone used without first making sure it is clean. It’s ur responsibility as a manager. I’m allergic to dogs and have asthma. This is in no way acceptable.

Got covid and couldn't come in to make a payment NIKKI was and is extremely rude. I invited her into my quarantine to get the iteam since I couldn't make a double payment then. Definitely will be going to rent-a-center only went to Aarons cuz I've heard great things about other locations

I found just because I'm associated with some people they won't rent to anymore, that I can't rent from them. Very disappointed in how they treat PAYING customers. Will never rent with them. Nikki was very rude. And instead of telling people when they close, they just let people assume they are open until 7pm as it says everywhere. Very disappointed.

Good and bad. This place is great in a pinch. The customer service is great. Very friendly and clean. The product warranty stuff is not exactly what you would expect. Seriously who wants to send a subwoofer and sound bar into a factory to have it fixed? When it should just be replaced. I just feel that if you are still paying a product off / on time/ in the original contract that if it doesn't work properly it should be replaced. So keep this in mind if you are purchasing. Like I said the staff is friendly but be aware if a product fails you could be paying for a broken product.

The people that been with you guys for a long time you guys don't give them deals only if they new. When you get it back from customers and resale it higher but nickie is a nice worker
