The place is nice, warm and welcoming. No line (11am), service was great. Coffee was above average. The food was served quickly. The bagel sandwiches had too much mayo (Crispy chicken) and cream cheese (cream cheese bagel). The bagels themselves were good. Bottom line - not the best breakfast in town.
The crew that works here has it figured out. Fast, courteous and great food!
While the bagels can be really good, it doesn’t usually work out that way. You’re often left waiting for someone to come take your order while you watch them goof around in the back. Then they’re too interested in their own conversations to interact with you or get your order right. I used to be a big fan and even work here a number of years ago but the last year or two I’ve never had good service.

Disappointing! I’ve been here numerous times and have ordered single bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee and have had all of these things messed up almost half of the time! Some of the staff do a great job, however many others seems extremely uninterested in doing their job properly. I’ve had lattes with no espresso (yup, just milk), been glared at for taking back a breakfast sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have cheese on it, but did (sorry, I can’t have cheese!), and been given the eye-roll for coming in 20 (yes, twenty!) minutes before close as if I was coming in with 30 seconds to spare. When they don’t mess up, the coffee and bagels are pretty delicious.
