The bagels and beverages are good. But nearly every single time I order something from this location it is wrong. My wife and I have wrote to inform them of this and they never respond. We feel that because this is a college town customer service is not a priority. Today’s order we were literally the only customers inside and still they managed to not fulfill the order correctly. I would advise not going to this location.

I had called in at 9:45 in the morning, presented an order. The staff had asked what time I would be picking it up and stated 30 mins from time I had placed the order. I arrived there and had to wait for some bagels to be ready which was fine. Now 10:50am get the the food I had ordered had ordered and and looked in the bag and there were yet more bagels missing from the bag. Expressed this with the staff and they stated I would have to wait another 10 minutes to receive the bagels that were missing. I ended up leaving there at approximately 11:15. No offers of any kind were offered to compensate for my order problem. NOTHING. I will no longer be going to this facility. Maybe I will try my luck at the coralville branch. As this one is Z+++++ in the history book of irresponsible individuals. By the way I had worded 2 bagel bundles. 4 different flavors of cream cheese. A fairly straight forward order. Absolute waste of time that I will never get back.

the drive thru is so slow for a place that makes bagels and coffee. i’ve never gotten out of there in less than 20 mins which is ridiculous.

I have had many mess ups on my orders the past month or so. Last week I was short a bagel and this week they didn’t even put cream cheese on it. I got home to a bagel without any cream cheese, this is just a few of many instances and it just seems as if they don’t pay attention.

worst service ever in any store of theirs i have ever been too took to long didn’t give me what i ordered staff was slacking lines were long
