Dr. Andrews Plastic Surgery

Everyone I have encountered at this office has been nothing but phenomenal! I came in with something very specific in mind. Dr. Andrews was thorough, educational and compassionate when explaining options. My eyes lit up when he said, 'we will make it happen'. And HE DID! His work is amazing and I am so darn happy with my results! Emily, is so kind and took great care of me! Lisa, and her upbeat personality is exceptional with her continued care and educating me on further options. I highly recommend Dr. Andrews and his team!

I wish I could give Dr. Andrews office a 5 star but unfortunately I can’t. I’m giving them a 2 star because I actually really enjoyed the staff. They were all really friendly and made you feel welcome. I was also impressed by how responsive they were when you called after hours which I had to do often due to my delayed wound healing. Dr. Andrews did get me in on short notice multiple times. So for that I was thankful. However, I’m unhappy with the procedures I had done. 1-2 months after surgery he came in and looked at my abdomen (tried to fix a botched c-section scar) and he said “He needed to fix that”. Wait, isn’t that what I just had surgery for? I’m realistic and know sometimes things don’t go as planned but I just paid a chunk of money and took off a decent amount of time just to have to do it all over again? Talk about frustrating. We did finally agree that we would have a revision, but I was unable to actually get it scheduled. I asked several times about it but for whatever reason it never got scheduled. It made me feel like he enjoys doing the initial surgery but if things don’t go as planned he’s not interested in fixing it.nI also had delayed wound healing in my breast. To this day I still have pain and it’s been a year. In August, Dr. Andrews ordered a ultrasound. The radiologist found what he thought was a stitch and debris in there. The pain I feel is very similar to the other 5-6 times my incision busted open as it rejected stitches. After Dr. Andrews received this information he scheduled me another ultrasound with a different radiologist who told me maybe I should go to the pain clinic. No, there is still something in my breast. That extra unnecessary Dr. visit cost me $250 and a 90 minutes round trip. Not to mention they forgot to tell me they scheduled me the appointment until I received a reminder text the night before which made me need to cancel a whole days worth of work. There’s several things I wish would’ve gone differently because I really did enjoy the staff but unfortunately I feel like I was pushed to the side and now I’m out over $13,000 and nothing to show for it.

This review is long overdue! I had my breast reduction back in November of 2018, & have not regretted it a day since. I fell in love with Dr. Andrews, his office, & his staff. His office is lovely, his bedside manner is incredible, & his staff was always friendly & available to answer any/all my questions at any times. I did have some complications after surgery, (not his fault!) but the way Dr. Andrews & his staff cared for me was over the top. I cannot thank them enough for the way I was treated! Every trip I made to see them was at least 2.5 hours round trip, but worth it every time! They always were my number one supporters through my whole experience. The BEST PART is I was treated like a friend, not a patient! Thank you for everything, & I would truly recommend this office to anyone! Thanks Dr. Andrews, Sarah, & Nicole!

If you want to work with an surgeon and staff that really cares about what they are doing, then Dr. Andrews Plastic Surgery is the place to go. They always take time to explain everything that is going to happen, and how to take care of yourself post procedure. They are very professional and make you feel at home when you are there. You can really tell that they care about the patient, and focus a lot on the artistic aspect. Highly recommend going here if you want the best care possible.

I just want to say how friendly and amazing Dr. Andrews and his staff are. They not only helped me decide on what was best for me and my body they also guided me throughout the whole process. They made me feel like I was part of their family. I wasn’t just a customer, client or patient. They are simply amazing and so caring. They check on you periodically and make sure your recovery goes as planned. They are definitely not boring and know how to make you fit in and stand out!! They are the best crew I’ve ever met!!
