I like that even though I did not buy my instrument there My Husband but me a Lyre from Amazon they learned the best they could about my Lyre they tuned it for me and Kevin the one I have been talking to me tried to explain all my Questions I would Recommend them and they are willing to Service my Lyre in the Future as long as it is not more then Tuning or or re stringing anything else they would not be able to do cause of how my Lyre is Made
A friendly and knowledgeable staff who doesn't immediately jump down your throat when you walk in. They will greet you, offer help, and then leave you to your own devices if you so wish. That's a huge deal for me. They have quite a selection of instruments, equipment, and lesson books. I was quite impressed.
