I have been two Best Buy twice in the past week. The first time, I wanted to make a slightly complicated exchange, and the employee Tiffany worked hard to make the exchange possible! She answered all of my questions with patience and was very friendly. The second time, I was looking to purchase a new phone. The employee Kevin also answered all of my questions, and while I wasn't able to purchase the phone I wanted to, Kevin directed me on how to purchase online. Overall, the employees at Best Buy offer exceptional customer service - in knowledge, thoroughness, and kindness - and I would recommend anyone in the area to go for their electronic needs!

Might as well forget ever doing business with Best Buy again! Pretty sure they're on their way out as they don't answer their phone, they're closed every time I come to town, and they are not delivering my product to me. If that isn't a business that's asking to go out of business then I don't know what is!

The people at the store are great, but you need to go in-person if you want to talk to someone. I may have dropped a personal item at the store but I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes each time I try to talk to someone on the phone to ask. Apparently you need to go in person during our hot-zone pandemic to talk to a human. After a 38 minute hold, they cut me off before I was able to ask my question. I don’t know why they don’t put more resources into phone or live chat since it would keep people from the COVID-19 risk of returning.

Very irritating Best Buy curbside pick up, no number to call, store's number just rings & rings such that customer service could not reach them either, so I install the app to log in but the email & bestbuy.com had no check in link. I'm disabled & had to walk and stand inside to pick up order. Product & service good in store but no curbside working!
