Poor customer service. My mother, who doesn't speak English well, was treated poorly while she was there. Also, she paid with a gift card and had balance of more than $40 dollars left at the end of the transaction. She left the store without receiving the gift card back, and when she realized she didn't get it back and came back to the store and asked for it, a cashier found it and picked it up from the trash can. What kind of person just throws a gift card that has balance on it and belongs to a customer?

Good selection. Pricing erratic due to frequent coupon specials. Frequently the best choice for hard to find items for the named rooms, plus the kitchen.

The staff were helpful in finding a wedding registry list. I was not aware of the free self wrapping station which they pointed out. What an easy one and done place to get a wedding gift.

Was looking for Kitchenaid mixer. Was going to use their 20% coupon. After talking to Jack, dept manager, he was very helpful said they would match competition prices. Which was less than using coupon. Very happy with Bed Bath& Beyond & the help Jack gave us.
