Called this morning for my company, spoke to condescending guy on the phone who proceeded to patronize me. Was very unprofessional and sounded like he just didn't want to be bothered. No enthusiasm to try and help and downright arrogant. A few times I paused in silence because I could not believe how unprofessional he was, I was pretty stunned, I dont usually write reviews but this guy was nasty, rude, stubborn, unprofessional and should not be interacting with customers AT ALL!!!
