For or over 20 years I have had pretty good service. Even in the Winter when they passed up a bag of trash, they came quickly to get it when called. When i broke my foot they came to my door to retrieve my bags for weeks.nOnly real issues I've had is losing lids of trash cans do to not putting back on correctly.nLosing trash cans themselves I'm taking responsibility. I plan on building something to hold cans.

Doesn't pick up trash every week like scheduled not to mention when they do driver just go through the can as he throws things out in my ditch that he doesn't want to take. None of which is items that can't be thrown in your trash. Also never answers phone or returns phone calls.

Worse company ever! I would not recommend them at all to anybody. They don’t pick up trash when there suppose to. Weeks will go by sometimes before they decide to pick it up and that’s after numerous phone calls. They never answer your phone calls and if they happen to it’s always an excuse why trash didn’t get pick up. We have switch to Shunk River Trash Company out Colfax. If your looking for a Trash company that does there job!

I would give no stars if I could as they do not care one bit about their customers. We have been customers for 18 years and stopped getting service with no notification. We called to inquire and they wouldn't even call us back to let us know they dropped the rural routes. This is no way to run a business! Common courtesy goes a long way in running a business especially to long term customers.

My household has been a customer with Anderson Sanitation for a couple of years now. Service started of very well. We have tried calling them multiple time (upwards of 20) to talk to them about a roll-off to upgrade our service and have left numerous messages on there voicemail with no calls back. I am becoming very frustrated as well because we have put our trash out on the curb many Thursdays like normal and the pick-up time has changed or the trash has just not been picked up, so that is another reason we have tried to call. We are currently looking for another business to do trash services with, but who knows if we will be able to contact them to cancel our current service.
