Zippy Shell of Las Vegas

Nice and fast crew loading but the worst packing job imaginable. Receiving end said they would have been fired for the terrible loading and packing job. Loading crew used excessive packing and wrapping supplies and over charged greatly for the supplies. They tried to charge for new wardrobe boxes with bars but the boxes were well used and had no bars; they used them to load smaller boxes to make there loading job easier then tried to charge for 8 picture boxes and only used 2. Zippy Shell didn't honor the delivery dates and always was apologizing, but continued to make excuses. They knew the schedule for months but still failed deliver in a reasonable time. We were warned about using the cheapest pod type movers; now whish we had to not used them. Promises not delivered. Had several items damaged, thanks to our excellent packing we didn't loose more. Like many companies, they use nice spoken and well trained people to schmooze you into believing they will deliver on their promise but in the end you will be sorry.

If I could rate this place a half a star, I would. The movers stole our only two firearms. Both were given to me from my grandfather many years ago. They had been in our family for decades. What a horrible establishment. When we called to let them know and to resolve this issue, they shrugged us off and told us there's nothing they can do. We didn't even get an apology. They stole from us and we paid them for it. If you want to keep your belongings safe, do not trust these halfhearted people.

Definitely recommend!! I can not say enough great things about zippy shell and their entire team!! Bryan was so helpful and nice and was able to plan my move for exactly how and when I needed it. The 2 gentlemen that moved my upstairs apartment did an incredible job!! They were so respectful, quick, and efficient! They moved everything into my new home and brought up a large item I needed upstairs! I can’t thank them enough for making me feel comfortable with them handling my items! Great job!

ZIPPY SHELL WAS EXCELLENT! We had an untraditional, complex move since the timing of selling and buying two houses did not quite match up. No problem for Zippy! They were able to help move our ENTIRE house in two hours into our garage - then came back another day to load all our belongings into their truck and complete the move, placement of all the furniture, and total reassembly of furniture (the bunk bed was quite the challenge but they handled it!!) John (Move Operations Manager, Jesse (Team Leader), Shawn and Ash were the smoothest team! Calm, respectful, professional, and synchronized. Great local guys doing good work. You could tell they had experience together / it was like watching a choreographed show! They were a HUGE help and I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT! And what a catchy company name: Zippy Shell! I cannot RAVE enough about Zippy and their movers. We used them to move and to store our items for one month. They made every bit of the process wonderful. I cannot recommend them HIGHLY enough. You don't want problems, this is the company to use!! The actual movers were completely awesome too!!!!!!!!!!!
