Yes. This is where you should rent. Not! Aside from the 24/7 access to units being discontinued (24/7 refers to kiosk access), there are other goings on that the manager Josh is fully aware of and turns a blind eye to. On a daily basis one unit there is occupied as a day residence. Those residing there are very friendly with Josh. This one set of daily storage dwellers have been acquainted with Josh since 2016. I could be wrong but I think it would be totally ignorant to believe he was unaware of the use of heroine right there on the property. These folks publically nod. They also look very unkempt and unclean. There is also a female that has been a renter at this facility for the past 3 years or so that seems to be quite close to Josh, the management. Sometimes they dip off together to her storage or in to the office, for whatever reason. It is rumored that if you know her, you can get rental extensions for up to and maybe beyond 6 months. I suspect this female is involved someway in illegal drug activity. She too is a day dweller. It seems impossible for management not to know about these activities. The same characters daily. The same behavior. Special Treatment. Maybe? I Do Not Know, but it does not seem very secure with these folks rubbing elbows with management and lingering on the premises.

It started out as an online reservation. Then went to get unit and pated through automated kiosk in front. Convenient. The manager Josh was very helpful as the initial unit was too small so he got us into a bigger unit with no hassle. Unfortunately due to loiterers, the 24 hour access is not at this location but understandably so. Good rates. There is only on suggestion I have is to get the restroom in useable condition. Then I'll change to 5 stars

Owner/manager is available and aware of everything going on. Best security of any storage place in town. 24-7 in the name is not storage locker hours but instead availability of payment kiosk
